Go to "Buy Contracts" and choose the contract that suits you, pay the rent and start your cloud mining.
- Where can I see my contract?
Go to "My Orders" where you can view active contracts and completed contract.
- Where do I get my profit?
Mining income will be automatically credited to your Fans Hash account balance 24 hours after the investment is completed.You can view your balance sheet in the "My Account" section. You can then withdraw your assets via any means available on the site.
- Where could I check my bills?
Go to "My Bills" and you can view every transaction that changes your account balance.
- How do I secure my accounts?
Do not share your account information with any third parties and do not click on links from unknown sources.

Questions about wallets and currencies
- How do i deposit？
Go to "Balance", select the cryptocurrency you want to use, click "Deposit", and follow the steps. We support all exchanges and crypto wallets.
- How to withdraw funds?
Before you can withdraw money, you need to add your wallet. Go to ""Settings"" -> ""Wallets"" section, select a cryptocurrency and click ""+Add Address"". In the pop-up window, fill in the correct wallet address according to the currency, and use email to confirm your identity. After the confirmation is completed, your wallet address will be bound. Go to ""Balance"", select the cryptocurrency you want to use, click ""Withdraw"" and follow the steps. We support all exchanges and crypto wallets.
- How connect my wallet to a withdrawal?
See Settings > Wallets. Clicking on "+Add address", select the currency, enter your wallet address and click "Add".
- Could I add more than one wallet for withdrawal?
Yes, you can use different wallets for withdrawal, but a currency can only be bound to one wallet.
- How could I find out the current exchange rate?
You can check the current exchange rate of each currency in "Blanace"
- How to change the wallet address for withdrawal?
See Settings > Wallet. Select the wallet address to be modified, click Edit on the right, enter the modified wallet address, and use the email verification code to confirm the identity. After confirmation, click Save.
- What payment methods do you support?
You can use BTC/ETH/LTC/USDC/USDT/BCH/DOGE/XRP to pay for cloud mining contracts. Our company does not currently support the use of credit cards or paypal.
- What's the minimum deposit and withdrawal?
The minimum deposit and withdrawal are $100.
